+ARHITEKTID
Stellar’s goal is to bring a Joie de vivre to the Kompass settlement – a vibrant urban space with active people. In the lush green backyard, everybody will find their place – children of different ages playing around, couples who come to enjoy the fresh air, and everyone who loves to relax on a park bench. The light streams rising from the front pavement along the facade make the street space livelier, and a floating green box above the main entrance adds extra freshness.
Stellar is an energy-efficient and comfortable home that brings people back to the city centre and reduces the ecological footprint with smaller land use and more efficient transportation. Stellar brings a new urban quality to a settlement with great development potential. It is an elegant and dignified architecture that fits in with the surroundings and takes into account the needs of residents.
+Arhitektid has designed more than a million square meters of public spaces, commercial buildings, apartment buildings and private houses, both new developments and renovation/restoration projects.

MEELIS PRESS
Stellar is primarily a building for people – for those who appreciate a well-thought-out spatial whole. Meelis Press has created architectural interior solutions from an impressive two-story lobby to the bright living spaces and the smart details in the bathroom.
Stellar’s interior focuses on comfort, timeless elegance, and responsible consumption. Solutions have been used that reduce resource use – for example, faucets that help to save water while maintaining the ease of use. All apartments are open to the light, without the distracting columns typical of high-rise buildings. High ceilings create a spacious feeling, and there is plenty of breathing space.
The Stellar’s lobby is not just an entrance, it’s a meeting point, a name card and a meaningful part of the building’s identity. It is a bold space that towers two floors, where functionality and aesthetics meet – a dignified welcome from the city centre to its residents and guests.
Stellar is designed for people who move seamlessly between global cities and their hometowns, whose days are fast-paced, but expect their home to offer peace, light, and quality. According to Press, Stellar appeals to progressive people who value the intelligent space and the feeling that every detail is present for a reason.
