Decisions regarding a home or investment property should be made calmly and thoughtfully. That’s why we have created a buyer’s journey that is clear, smooth, and well-supported from start to finish. From viewing and booking the apartment to signing the contract and receiving the keys, we will keep you informed about every step of the way.

The down payment on your new home is now split in half

Some decisions deserve more time and flexibility. That’s why you can reserve a home in Stellar and sign the contract with just a 5% down payment. The remaining 5% is due at the end of the year.

This gives you the opportunity to plan your next steps calmly and with confidence, whether it’s selling your existing home, reorganising your investments, or simply achieving greater financial freedom.

  1. Reserve your home

    After you have selected a home that suits you, we will sign a reservation agreement with you, which gives you time to make your next steps at a leisurely pace. Under the law of obligations, the reservation is valid until the conclusion of the sales agreement for a maximum of one month. To confirm your purchase, a 5,000-euro reservation fee is paid upon signing the reservation agreement, which will later be deducted from the purchase price.

  2. Confirm your choice

    When you are sure of your decision, we will sign a notarised sales agreement under the law of obligations, in which all conditions and details related to the purchase of the home will be agreed. The 5% of the purchase price will be paid upon signing the sales agreement. Within the campaign, you may pay the remaining 5% by 31.12.2026, which gives you more flexibility in planning your finances.

  3. Get your keys

    Once your home is finished, we will meet at the notary to sign the property rights agreement and formalise the transfer of ownership. Before signing the agreement, the remaining 90% of the purchase price should be paid, after which the ownership of the apartment will officially be transferred to you, and you can start a new chapter in your life in your new home.
